We include all the essential accessories, so you can enjoy your sign straight out of the box.
Each sign is fixed to an acrylic backboard and cut to shape. We also include pre-drilled holes for easy mounting with your chosen wall or ceiling mount kit.
Signs are fitted with 2m of transparent power cord, and accompanied with remote control dimmer, plug & power adapter suitable for your region.

We have an excellent return & warranty process. If something isn't right, or if something goes wrong, we want to do what we can to fix it.

Our preset sizes start from the smallest viable letter size, and increase in increments up to 200cm total width.
You can choose any custom size up to 300cm by selecting the "custom size" option. Want something larger? No worries. Contact our support team who are happy to help.
NB: Couriers consider signs over 200cm cubic length (width + height + depth) as oversized. Some couriers will not accept oversized packages. In this case, we suggest creating your sign in smaller adjoining parts. Or if you absolutely want the sign in one piece, we can use a specialist courier service for an oversized shipping fee.
Yes, absolutely.
We call this RGB neon. Switched off it looks like any other neon sign. When turn on however, you control the colour from your remote control. Choose a different colour for each day of the week. Or set it to cycle through the colours with the preset colour change sequence.
Your neon sign is designed, custom-made, pre-tested for performance, and then shipped to your door in 30 days.
If you have an urgent order, we offer clients a "skip the queue" express service. This option is limited and subject to our production schedule. Contact our support team who will advise you on our express availability.

Your sign is mounted on an acrylic backboard. This is available in three standard colours - transparent, white, and black. For more colours please speak to our support team.
The backboard shape is available in four free styles:
- Square or rectangle - with slightly rounded corners around your sign.
- Cut to shape - an even border around the shape of your sign.
- Cut to letter - small border around the letters and design.
- Minimalist - minimal backboard for sign stability only.
The backboard comes with pre-drilled holes for mounting on the wall or hanging from a mesh stand or ceiling.
In addition to the standard backboard styles, we also offer acrylic boxed, and acrylic free-standing options. These are available on request and at an additional cost.
Other custom options include backboard decal print. Want extra detail that make your sign pop? When some details can't be reproduced in neon, this is the perfect solution. We can print any colour and design you give us. Send us your design file and we'll create a custom mock design with your neon and decal components.
