The marital name  

Our most popular request is of course to design a sign which showcases the new last name.  We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the coming together of two families than lighting it up the marital name in neon… 

Our lovely customer Hayley used our online design and estimate tool to create signage the sign above (The Aitkens) for an outdoor summer wedding. She choose a warm white colour and used our custom font: ‘City Streetwear’. The sign glowed romantically above the dance floor at the reception, and was positioned perfectly as a backdrop for their wedding photography.

The official hashtag

A neon sign displaying the wedding hashtag is a recent trend brought about by Instagram. Unique hashtags are a practical way of collating photos taken and shared at a party in an online space. No one will forget the hashtag if it is lit-up in neon.

The #hashtag sign we created below was a unique gift idea from the mother of the bride. We designed this sign in cool white neon using our custom font: ‘Caveat’. 

The bar

While the happy couple are off getting their professional photos taken, the wedding guests have really only one question in mind… “Where’s the bar?” A fun idea is to light up the drinks station for guests. This clever play on words surely brought a smile to many faces as they made their way to the whisky bar.

This sign was created using our custom neon design and estimate tool. Out customer chose cool white neon and cursive font: ‘Just Lovely‘. The sign shone brightly inside the reception marquee drawing attention to the rustic timber bar.

When creating a custom sign there are many things to consider. Before you begin the design process, ask yourself the following:

Many couples choose to create a unique logo for their wedding which is featured on their invites, church booklets, programs, menus and more. Below we created a couples logo which they also featured as their cake topper (cute idea). Changing your name is such a momentous life occasion. Celebrate this special day by lighting up your new last name in neon. A sign such as this can be later displayed in your home as a memory of your special day.

3. Pet names
