Glue Mount Clips to Backboard

In this video I glue the mount clips to the backboard. It’s best to start with the minimal number of clips that will support your design. Then add more clips and/or screws for additional support where it is required.

Key Points

• Use a glue suitable for plastics.
• Apply a bead of glue to the flat surface of the mount clip.
• Hold a mount clip in each hand, then rub the two flat surfaces together to distribute the glue evenly across both surfaces.
• Place the mount clip in position with the mount clip holes aligned with your design path.
• Allow to dry for up to 12 hours. Or refer to manufacturers recommended drying time.
